James Bradley has been selected as the 2011-2012 Rotary Club of Wheeling "Rotarian of the Year".
The award was presented at the club's Installabtion lunch. Tamiye has been a tremendous asset to our club,,thank you for all you have done and continue to do for the Rotary Club of Wheeling.
