CONTEST RULES & REQUIREMENTS
- Participants must be residents of Wheeling IL (No businesses this year, maybe next)
- Participant acknowledges that they are the owner of the property used in this contest, and/or are permitted by primary owner and/or homeowners' association to use the property in this contest.
- Garden must be located in Wheeling.
- Garden must be environmentally friendly and include some perennial plants* the attract pollinators (butterflies, hummingbirds, bees,etc). Trees, annual plants, and other landscape materials that compliment the garden are allowed, but not required.
- Participants agree that their names and photos of them or their property may be published on social media and in the Village of Wheeling newsletter.
APPPLICATION WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM MAY 1- May 31, 2023
